School facilities for accredited schools

Registered and accredited non-government schools will have in place processes by which they can demonstrate that the facilities provided at the school are adequate for the courses taught at the school.

Registered and accredited non-government schools need to provide assurance that the educational facilities are adequate to meet all mandatory requirements for the courses of study throughout their registration period.

Evidence of compliance

A registered non-government school must identify the range of educational facilities, including ICTs, required to meet all of the mandatory requirements for each of the courses of study offered for the Record of School Achievement and/or Higher School Certificate, taking into account the number of students in each course, the range of student learning needs and whether the facilities are provided on-site or off-site and the frequency of access to off-site facilities.
